Kimnu is more than my maid of honor, she is one of the people I admire most. An international student from Myanmar, Kimnu carries herself with grace, kindness, and a heart for others. She has an incredible passion for uplifting our community, always seeking ways to help and inspire those around her. Beyond being a close friend, she is someone I deeply respect, an accountable and encouraging presence who constantly pushes me to grow, not only as a person but in my faith. I am truly grateful to have her by my side as my maid of honor and dear friend.

Ciang, my amazing bridesmaid, lives in Portland, Oregon, and has a heart of pure gold. As the eldest daughter, she gracefully carries the weight of her family’s responsibilities while running a successful deli sushi store, working seven days a week. Despite her incredibly busy schedule, she always makes time for the people she loves—and somehow, she makes me and my wedding feel like no exception. Her dedication, selflessness, and unwavering support remind me how blessed I am to call her my friend. I am beyond grateful to have her stand by my side as I begin this new chapter.
